Inseam: Measured from crotch seam to hem.
Waist: Measured point to point across the waistband when laid flat.
Waist Relaxed: the width of the waistband when the joggers are laid flat and the elastic waistband is not stretched.
Waist tolerance: the acceptable measurement variation from the listed waist measurement. It accounts for normal manufacturing differences from garment to garment.
