Unlike a traditional bulk order, you don't have to worry about collecting order forms, payments, and sizes from everyone in your group or school. We create an online store where parents can shop, choose their sizes, and pay online.

For our group order flash sales, we have a 36-print minimum per logo/screens. Please refer to our minimums guide here.
On-demand stores have no minimums.
If your store does not sell 36 items per logo, you can extend the store. If your organization still has not met the 36-print minimum per logo, your organization will be invoiced for the remaining items. Please refer to our minimums guide here. We do NOT refund/cancel orders if the minimums have not been met. Yard signs have a 24-sign minimum.
We sure do! We offer the best of both worlds. Stores first start off as a group order flash sale. When you buy during the flash sale, you get free shipping and the prices of each item are discounted. These orders are shipped to 1 location and they are sorted, labeled, and bagged for easy distribution!
After the group order flash sale is over, we open your store year-round with no minimums!

In order to streamline production, keep prices low, and get the orders out as quickly as possible our flash sales are simplified. We recommend having up to 2 designs for your flash sale but we can add more if needed. You can have additional designs for your on-demand store.
Unfortunately, we don't give out free samples. We screen print our group order flash sales, and it takes a lot of time to prepare each job. You can however place a bulk order.

Prices include 1 ink color. Add $1 for each additional ink color.

For each flash sale group order, our designers will work with you and create up to two designs at no charge. We can make unlimited edits until you are 100% happy with the design. Additional designs are $50 per design.
If you would like the artwork files that we created, you can buy them for an additional charge. The price is the same whether it is a design we came up with or a design that we had to re-create.
PNG/JPEG files: $50 per logo
Vector AI files: $100 per logo
One of the best things about working with Spirit Hero is that you set your own fundraising amounts! You can add any amount to each item.
Fundraising payments are sent via check or ACH. Flash sale payouts are processed as soon as your flash sale ends, while on-demand store payouts are processed on the 1st of each quarter. (Just a quick note: a $20 minimum is needed for on-demand payouts, as moving money has its costs!

Our flash sale group orders have FREE shipping! These orders are shipped via UPS Ground. We do have expedited shipping options available for an additional cost.
On-Demand orders that ship to the person's home is at a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping. We do run specials for free shipping if the customer spends a certain amount. The current promotion is free shipping on all orders of $75 or more. This special changes from time to time.
This is a traditional order. Just let us know how many items you need and we will print and ship everything to 1 location. The more you buy the less they are!

Shipping for bulk orders is free within the Continental US! (UPS Ground) . We do offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Some items like water bottles have a separate shipping fee. Please talk to a spirit wear specialist regarding your specific needs.
